The terms are not meant to be nasty. They are to protect me in case of delinquent debtors – people who do not pay as agreed.

  • Boundary Nomination: It is the customer’s responsibility to designate the boundaries on which the installation is to be performed.
  • Underground Services: Customers must verify with the appropriate authority to ensure that the designated work area is clear of any underground cables, water, or gas pipes. Man Ute Travel bears no liability for damage to any underground services occurring during the course of our work within the specified work zone.
  • Ownership of Materials: All materials used, including plants – functional, decorative, consumable etc., gravel & decorative rocks, soil, mulch, turf, decorative items, statues etc, anything supplied by Man Ute Travel, all items remain the property of Man Ute Travel until the account is settled in full. Man Ute Travel reserves the right to remove any work completed that has not been paid for by the customer by the due date.
  • Payment Terms:** Our payment terms are strictly Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), unless prior arrangements have been made. Accounts not settled within the timeframe specified on the invoice will incur all costs associated with debt recovery, legal fees, and internal accounting charges.
  • Deposit Requirement: Normally, a minimum 50% deposit is required for all jobs before any works can commence. Depending on what is required, a deposit of up to 80% may be requested. Special items must be paid in full before the order will be placed by Man Ute Travel.
  • Quote Acceptance: If you wish to proceed with the attached quote, please inform us, pay the deposit.  Once the deposit is received, the quote is deemed to have been accepted and we can proceed with your job. Once quotes are accepted or a purchase order is issued, jobs are entered into the schedule and a start date will be provided.
  • Order cancellations and/or Refunds: Once the deposit has been paid, materials will be ordered. If materials have been ordered and paid for by Man Ute Travel, no refunds will be considered. If materials have not been ordered, a handling fee of 10% or $50, which ever is the greater will be charged and the remainder of the funds refunded to the customer by bank transfer.
  • Price Matching: If you receive a cheaper quote elsewhere, please inform us. We will confirm that the materials are of the same quality before making any adjustments. Then we can discuss alternative options.
  • Invoice Splitting: Prior notice is required if the invoice is to be split, and other parties are contributing to payment. Once invoices are sent out, they cannot be split, and the customer who authorized the works will be solely responsible for full payment.
  • Wet Season Disclaimer: Please be aware that with the onset of the wet season, installations and job completion dates may be subject to change due to weather conditions. While we will endeavour to minimize delays, weather-related interruptions are beyond our control.
